Your unboxing video should clearly show the package, tags, and product condition. Submitting this video allows us to process returns or exchanges quickly and efficiently.

🕒 Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Sale or discounted products are final sale.

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
